This Hatha Yoga class is designed to support all levels of yoga experience — from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners — with a focus on building a strong and safe foundation in your practice.
We will:
Explore classic Hatha yoga postures (asanas) in stages, breaking them down to suit your body and ability
Develop strength and stability, helping you stretch and move with confidence
Deepen breath awareness (pranayama), using the breath as a tool to focus and ground
Finish with a guided relaxation (savasana) to restore the body and calm the mind
Each class offers a space to move, breathe, and connect with your body at your own pace, with options and variations provided throughout. Whether you're looking to build strength, increase mobility, or simply find some peace, this class is for you.
